Dads Support Group

Dads can deal with living with a child with Autism very differently to mums. When we identified this and after lots of requests we formed a dad’s support group. (Any male member of the child’s family are more than welcome to attend).

They meet monthly on a Friday evening in a pub around the district. Every month we change the location so not everyone is traveling all the time.

This gives Dads the chance to meet others in the same situation as them. They can talk and off load with people that understand the day to day challenges that living with an Autistic child can bring.
