Disability and Living Allowance Form

Disability Living Allowances are not the nicest forms to complete and are very time consuming. A lot of families think that they are not entitled to this, but could financially make a big difference to your child’s life.

We offer support in completing these forms.

Once again as funding is extremely tight we do ask for a minimum donation of £20.00 for this service to cover cost of administration and expenses.

Unfortunately we cannot offer support with DLA appeals.
